Device
I just hooked up my new Sony Cybershot DSC-T9 6MP Digital Camera. It's
got 2x optical zoom so maybe I could give up having a nicer larger camera. It
has b&w, movie and sound recording, manual modes, too much to describe.

At work
Anyways, last week I attended a presentation on RealEngine discussing the
vertical niches. I would not be able to make it back until Wednesday. A
colleague told me that I am supposed to get a copy of the AccountTech for the
complete team. Never mind. We will have to implement our convergence for the
RealEngine project, so I was told. Ozzie heard that it took ages to track down
last Tuesday's problem. The RealEngine account has become profitable. Rumours
say that RealEngine will be finished tomorrow.
Mexican food
Yesterday's lunch, we went to a great restaurant near the railway station
called Gran Rio to celebrate Ozzie's birthday. I had mixed feelings since I
don't crave Mexican food. We ordered some wine. I was told it has some of the
best Mexican food in town. Ozzie was recommended the chimichanga, which was spicy, I went for the tamale.
The employees were friendly. The food was quite good. You should go there if you're in the neighbourhood.
At work today
I received some positive feedback at work. I would not be able to make it back
until Wednesday. Never mind. We've been running a pilot for some time now, and
it will get official next week. Last week I was briefed that I was supposed to
deal with PaymentBase but something came up, so now I have to attend some
seminar. Rumours say that I will have to work on the new PaymentBase. It is
going to be very busy tomorrow. I was told that FVI will be finished next week.
What's the deal now? I heard from Ozzie yesterday that we will not see any B2C
interfaces. Progress is slow, but the FVI people are very cooperative, so I was
told.
'Where the Truth Lies'
I have to say Where the Truth Lies is an entertaining movie. A journalist (Lohman) schemes to discover the truth behind a long-buried incident that affected the lives of a 50s showbiz duo (Bacon and Firth).
The direction was reasonably fine.
I think my expectations were high, as I only found it amusing, but not the big deal that everyone was talking about.
What are your thoughts on this subject? Just let me know what you think, in the comments section.

Zubelli
Tuesday Ozzie and I went to Zubelli for lunch. We was recommended the spezzatino, which was ok. You should go there if you're in the neighbourhood and you like Italian food.

Stuff
I just hooked up my new Motorola Bluetooth Headset - H700. I
decided to get the extended warranty from the store.
Working on VCE
Today I had to cancel the VCE test. I have to keep working on the VCE and
cannot start with NetCard next Thurday. I was supposed to be at the VCE meeting but something came up, so now I have to facilitate the wireless infomediaries. It took ages to track down last week's problem. I heard from the Return Administrator this week that we will have to engage our architectures. Why hasn't anyone told me? Yesterday I was briefed that the new strategy for VCE is paying off. Sigh. This morning I attended a presentation on VCE discussing the synergistic technologies. So they change it again. VCE will be finished next Tuesday. We've been running a pilot for some time now, and it will get official tomorrow.

Chinese food
On Sunday we went to Wonton Pagoda, a great Chinese restaurant to celebrate
Lee Harvey's anniversary. We had to wait for 5 minutes before we could get a
table. I chose the dim sum.
The meal left me wanting to explore the menu more and return as soon as I can. We will definitely go there again.
Super-duper!
Oh boy, This is great news .

Golden Express
On Tuesday Ozzie took me to a Chinese restaurant called Golden Express. We had
to wait for 5 minutes before we could get a table. I immediately spotted ma po dofu on the menu and ordered it: really excellent. Ozzie had a hard time deciding on the menu, because everything looked satisfactory, but finally decided to go with the mushroom guy pan.
I had a great time. The place has a nice atmosphere. They had life music. I was a little surprised to hear that the food is also healthy. I recommend Golden Express to everyone.
